Namsan via Seoul Tower Trail — April 2023 Summit Report¶
A leisurely April hike up Namsan during peak cherry blossom season. The Seoul Tower Trail winds through one of the city's most iconic green spaces, rewarding hikers with sweeping views of the capital skyline and the Han River from the N Seoul Tower summit area. The round trip took under two hours at a relaxed pace, with plenty of stops for photography and padlock wall browsing. An ideal introduction to urban hiking in Korea.

Difficulty Assessment¶
Paved and well-signed throughout. Suitable for all fitness levels including families with young children. The steepest section is around the staircase below the tower, but handrails are provided.
