The 2-day route from La Fouly in the Swiss Val Ferret approaches via the Cabane du Trient SAC hut (3,170m) to the Col du Dolent and Northeast Ridge. The summit day involves mixed terrain and a short section of moderate alpine ice. Three countries are visible simultaneously from the top.
